OGN MAIL / UGN MAIL — TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: November 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to OGN Mail / UGN Mail, operated by My Referral Network Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, using our services, or participating in our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services immediately.

These Terms apply to:

  • Email & cloud services
  • Subscription billing
  • Affiliate program participation
  • Website and platform usage
  • Any related services offered by the Company

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Legal Working Age

You must be of legal working age in your country, state, or region to participate in the affiliate program.

Minors

If you are below the legal working age:

  • A parent or legal guardian must complete the Minor Affiliate Authorization Form
  • The parent/guardian must supply their own tax ID number
  • The parent/guardian assumes full legal responsibility

We may require government-issued ID or supporting documentation.

3. Account Types & Tax Identification

3.1 Individuals

Individuals must provide a valid:

  • SSN or ITIN (United States)
  • Valid tax ID from your home country
  • Required IRS forms for non-U.S. persons (e.g., W-8BEN)

No payouts will be processed without valid tax documentation.

3.2 Businesses

Corporations

Only corporations (C-Corp, or foreign equivalent) may hold an affiliate position under their company name.

Corporations must provide:

  • Corporate legal name
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Authorized representative information
  • Valid corporate registration documentation (if requested)

Disregarded Entities

The following are NOT separate legal entities and therefore cannot hold an affiliate account:

  • S-corps
  • Sole proprietorships
  • DBAs
  • General partnerships
  • Single-member LLCs (unless taxed as a corporation)

For these entities:

  • The owner’s personal tax ID must be used
  • Payments are issued to the individual owner

If an LLC elects corporate taxation, IRS Form 8832 must be provided.

4. Affiliate Program Terms

4.1 Independent Contractor Status

All affiliates are independent contractors (1099), not employees.

Affiliates:

  • Are responsible for their own taxes
  • Will receive a Form 1099-NEC when legally required
  • Do not receive employment benefits
  • Have no authority to bind or represent the Company

4.2 Compensation & Payout Requirements

To receive affiliate payouts:

  1. You must maintain a current paid subscription ($25 USD/month).
  2. Your account must remain in good standing.
  3. Required tax forms and identity verification must be completed.
  4. You must comply with all program rules and marketing guidelines.

Payouts are processed using third-party partners such as Stripe, Wompi, or Trolley (formerly known as Payoneer Mass Payouts). Processing timelines vary.

4.3 Multi-Level Affiliate Structure

OGN Mail’s affiliate program includes an 8-level tiered referral structure with capped commission payouts.

  • There are no guarantees of earnings.
  • Earnings are based solely on the actual subscription payments of referred customers.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices will result in immediate termination.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Subscription Requirement

All users must maintain an active paid subscription to access:

  • Email account
  • Cloud storage
  • Affiliate dashboard
  • Support services

The current monthly subscription fee is $25 USD (plus any applicable taxes or transaction fees).

5.2 Billing & Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
  • Payment processors include Stripe, Wompi, or other authorized gateways.
  • You are responsible for keeping your billing method current.

Failed payments may result in service interruption or account termination.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial months
  • Affiliate earnings lost due to inactivity
  • Account termination for violating these Terms

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not:

  • Engage in spamming, hacking, phishing, or illegal activities
  • Store or distribute unlawful content
  • Interfere with system operation or security
  • Misrepresent OGN Mail in marketing or affiliate promotions
  • Create multiple accounts for fraudulent commissions

Violations may result in immediate termination.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

OGN Mail / UGN Mail strictly follows these principles:

  • We do not sell user data.
  • We do not harvest emails or content for advertising.
  • We do not participate in data-sharing agreements.
  • We do not scan user emails to deliver targeted ads.

Data is only used for:

  • Operating the email service
  • Security
  • Fraud prevention
  • Accounting and tax compliance

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or modify services
  • Disable accounts for violations
  • Change subscription pricing (with notice)
  • Suspend service temporarily for maintenance
  • Modify features for technical or operational reasons

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend an account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Fraud is detected
  • Tax documentation is incomplete or falsified
  • Misrepresentation occurs
  • A parent/guardian revokes permission for a minor affiliate

Users may cancel any time by contacting support or using the account dashboard.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We make no guarantee of financial earnings
  • The service is provided “as-is” and “as available”

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

  • The United States, and
  • The State of Idaho (Company’s principal jurisdiction)

Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance.
